LEVEL 1 SUPPORT – Remote Monitoring
- Remote monitoring of your systems (we will watch your systems in real time and sort issues before you realise they were there)
- 3 hrs of remote support per system FREE each month
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 4 hours
- Monthly rolling contract with no long term tie ins
- Level 1 support costs just £10 per system per month
LEVEL 2 SUPPORT – Server Monitoring and Maintenance
- Remote monitoring of your server (as per Level 1)
- Unlimited onsite and remote support to rectify any issues with your server.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 4 hours
- Monthly rolling contract with no long term tie ins
- Level 2 Support costs just £40 per server per month
LEVEL 3 SUPPORT – “The Full Monty”
- Remote Monitoring of your systems (as per Levels 1 and 2).
- Unlimited on-site support per month
- Unlimited remote and telephone support
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 4 hours
- Includes upgrading your systems, moving hardware and installing new systems to your network.
- Monthly rolling contract with no long term tie ins
- Level 3 support costs just £20 per system per month

None of the above packages include any hardware costs as this will be the responsibility of the client.
