All home call outs are charged at a rate of £30 / hr and below is a list of some of the services I can offer you:
- Maintenance and repairs (PC and laptop). This can be anything from replacement laptop screens to resetting your Windows installation.
- Repairs in your own home. People work in the day so I can come to you when you get home or anytime that suits you.
- Data Recovery. If your computer can still see your hard drive there is a good chance I can recover the files you are after. If the hard drive is physically dead I can send the unit off to a lab.
- Backups. I can advise on the best way to back up your precious data or even design a backup strategy and implement it for you.
- Upgrades – laptops and desktops. This can range from needing more memory or requiring a bigger hard drive.
- Virus and spyware removal. Viruses are a pain but I can get rid and repair the damage in no time.
- Software installation and configuration (Either on Windows, Linux or Mac). If you are after a particular piece of software I can source it, install it and configure it to your exact specifications.
- Internet and networking. Setting up a new network or new broadband connection? Let me advise on the best practices or even do it for you.
