Monthly Support Contracts

I can offer 2 levels of monthly IT support to my business clients.

1. Full (£350 pcm)

Unlimited onsite support (8am – 6pm)
Unlimited remote support (8am – 6pm)
Unlimited telephone support (8am – 6pm)
Includes weekly proactive monitoring of your systems (onsite)
Mon to Fri (not including weekends)

2. Light (£100 pcm)

Unlimited remote support (8am -6pm)
Unlimited telephone support (8am – 6pm)
Reduced hourly labour charge
Mon to Fri (not including weekends)

Any call outs outside contracted hours will be charged at the rate of £30 / hr.
